I dislocated my wrist about 2 months ago.The doctor examined and put POP for 45 days,after removed the plaster they put me in a schedule of exercise.But my hand is still more than half of an inch away from where it used to be . There's no pain when it's in normal position.It's my left hand.When I move my wrist in any direction it sounds ,"crick crick" . I'm really having a bad feeling about it ..please ,help.
