I did MRI to my left shoulder

MRI REPORT FINDINGS The left subscapularis tendon demonstrates bright signal that is seen reaching the tendon articular surface but not its bursal surface. Normal appearance of the left acromioclavicular joint. Type I acromion. Normal MRI appearance of the glenoid labrum, supraspinatus tendon, gleno-humeral ligaments, joint capsule and long head of biceps tendon. Normal appearance of the articular cartilage of the shoulder joint. No shoulder joint effusion is seen. What does that means?
