I'm a 22 year old guy I have been working out regularly in the gym since the last 4 years I have built my height from 4foot 5 inch to 5 foot 10 inch , also my weight has grown from 45 kg to 75 kg totally on natural non-vegetarian diet I take all the precautions while lifting weights , proper posture, using a  supporter etc. I also masturbate once in two days , I consume porn while masturbating. I don't smoke cigartte neither do I drink alcohol, I occasionally smoke hukka usually once in 6 months, I'm pretty healthy I don't get sick easily, even though after all of this my penis still measures barely 4 inches when erected and in the flaccid state it shrinks to thrice it's original size, also lately my semen discharge has become more and more transparent. Am I becoming less fertile ? Please do keep this in consideration that I have been circumsised at birth. What medicine should I take or what should I do to increase the grith and the size of my penis ?

Your body physique and general well being has nothing to do with your penis size. Also a penis size of 4 inches when erect is pretty much normal and average. Ther3 are no medicines or any creams to increase or decrease the penis size once it had developed. So don't fall for all the scam products available in the market. U r perfectly normal and don't need to worry about anything .
