You may be having social anxiety. This is a type of anxiety disorder. Usually in this illness, we get multiple negative and irrational thoughts about our appearance and behaviour. We assume that people have negative opinions about us. With counseling you can learn to recognise and correct these thoughts. Medications can also help you feel more relaxed and confident.
