Hi Where does your mind go when it diverts It's common in your age Make a schedule and routine and stick to it. Delay gratification. Tell yourself 5 more pages then I'll get up... Don't act on impulses. Practice mindfulness for concentration Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling All the best
