Hi It is as much serious as u think as it is repairable with your maintainence regime. Follow this regime carefully to get rid of this problem. Brush with paste in morning. Plain brushing only after breakfast and apply hexigel ointment after brushing. Don't eat or drink after applying for atleast 2 hours. Do clohex ads mouth wash after lunch. Do brush with paste after dinner. Apply hexigel after brushing. Don't rinse after it and don't eat/drink after it. Follow it . If you find relief continue with brushing and mouthwash. Hexigel you can leave or can apply now and then.
