I believe I may have a hernia? I am not sure, there is a raised area in my left groin. It is not painful.

Hello. You should go for an Ultrasound lower abdomen including left groin to Rule out that bulging. If it is left inguinal hernia,  kindly seek an opinion from a Laproscopic surgeon as soon as possible. Regards.
