I am suffering from OCD since my childhood ( approx for 20 years). I am undergoing Allopathic treatment for nearly 4-5 years and it helped me somewhat but I am still unable to live a normal life. I don't know what to do now. My whole life is ruined.

Hello,    Thanks for the query.can you please explain ,what are the symptoms ,has there been a recent increase in the severity of symptoms ?what medications are you on ,and would discuss if the dosage is adequate ?Idea of normal life is arbitrary one ,hence do not worry
