Take paracetamol for fever and bodyache. If symptoms are mild,consider steam inhalatuon and warm saline gargling Possibly viral infection which will settle on its own.

You are having flu like symptoms which is common in winter season with cold breeze. Steam inhalation,  warm saline gargle, paracetamol for fever are initial treatment to start with.
