After USG (Abdo+Pelvis), Gynecologist will decide plan of treatment. If pregnancy is for short duration then Abortion with help of medication only is possible. But if number Of weeks are more then Dilation & Curettage is must. But after all its Gynecologist's call. Plan of treatment is solely  depend on Gynecologist.
