If it is your first pregnancy then this is just the time that you will start feeling Foetal movements. Yes. A lady pregnant for the first time feels Foetal movements by the time she is 20-22 weeks pregnant.

If the level 2 ultrasound is normal its okay not to feel any movement at 19 weeks you can wait for a few Weeks for the baby movements to be appreciated
