To concieve but failed. Irregular mensus since beginning. AMH is low. No PCOD. Hormonal report attached. Can i get pregnant naturally or will i require alternatives.

Amh is low..it can happen naturally..but can't wait for a long time..bcos egg gets detoirated fast..so plan for fertility treatment soon..
