I am having skin tags

I am having skin tags on my underarms two on shoulder area and two below tummy. What could be the possible reasons for the same. Is this dangerous & something to worry about. My weight is 90 kgs

Skin tags are not dangerous initself.. but we need to identify underlying causes of skin tag.. it could be obesity , increased lipids in your blood , high glucose.. you should get tested and consult your dermatologist for identifying root cause and proper treatment
