Tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab combiflam every 8hours for 3 to 4 days. Tab monteleukast 10mg one daily for 5 days. Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days days. Syp Tusq dx 5m.l every 8hours for 5 days. Do steam inhalation with karvol capsule,  hot saline gargles, 2 to 3 times daily.

Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil two times before meals. Cefexim o200 two times after food for 3to5 days.  Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for 3to5 days.  Montek lc one at night for five days. TYPE OF COUGH????? DRY??? GIRILINCTUS SYR WET AMBRODIL S SYR5 ML TWICE N 10ML AT NIGHT
