From mri scan...can anyone help understand how severe the issue is and how to cure. I was weight lifting for 1.5 years. I want to do it again. IMPRESSION-  Straightening of the cervical spine, likely to be due to paraspinal muscle spasm.  Early changes of cervical spondylosis.  Circumferential posterior disc bulge with posterocentral protrusion and peridiscal osteophytes at C3-C4 level indenting the anterior subarachnoid space, ventral surface of spinal cord without significant neural foraminal narrowing or nerve root compression.  Mild posterior disc bulge at C4-C5 level slightly indenting the anterior subarachnoid space without significant neural foraminal narrowing or nerve root compression.
