First of all you find out the causes - reasons of your anxiety,try to rectify them one by one by think positive.
Maintain healthy atmosphere,share ur problmes to ur Mom ,sister or ur true friends ,go for morning walk,do yoga, excercise pranayam,listen music, avoid smoking and liquor if u r taking .
Think positive and if u follow them I am sure u r not needed to take any anxiety pills
