I am getting pain in my left ear and getting some sound in ear. Please suggest ear drops for infection

If severe and continuous pain with some sound,AOM If pain is not severe and not continuous, ext otitis cause may be wax. Treatment in either case antibiotic, anti inflammatory and antibiotic ear drop
