Hi Pain in testicles can be due to infection, urinary stone, dilated veins or prostatitis. Get yourself checked by a urologist who would examine you, get some basic tests done and a sonography of bladder and prostate and if need be a Doppler of scrotum. Dilated veins if large enough need surgical treatment (minor operation). Take care
