Get yourself examine by a dentist... you could be having some infection try to avoid tooth extraction with pregnancy unless and until absolutely indicated.

safe antibiotics during pregnancy includes taxim and Augmentin ...you can do Betadine gargles.. take tablet Crocin 500 milligram after food for pain
