I have sleep 5 hours a day, I am not understanding what is the problem. I always feel sleepy, tired.

Since when....How's your mood. How is your work efficiency...ur sleep n appetite..do you enjoy small things like watching TV listening to songs..do u get death wishes.. please elaborate symptoms.. want to rule out depression
