I have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism with TSH 11.49, How critical it is and is it curable? I am overweight and with the treatment can I loose weight.

TSH of around 11 and normal T3 and T4 is considered as subclinical hypothyroidism, basically it means that you have not yet developed  symptoms of hypothyroidism thyroid function is reduced and likely to reduce further. It is absolutely treatable disease but not curable. With appropriate medication you should be completely fine
