Raised TSH values only indicate increased pituitary stimulation of the Thyroid gland. This   means that there is a net hyposecretion of Thyroxin by your thyroid. This can be seen in many diseases! You will need to get a full Thyroid evaluation ( including FT3, FT4, Anti-thyroid antibodies, Thyroid peroxidase and an ultrasound examination of the Thyroid) to reach an exact diagnosis. These hormonal studies must be done after 12 hours fasting and at an NABL certified Laboratory (for Indian patients)
Next Steps
please consult me either directly or by online teleconsultation option after you have got the reports of the above tests and I will help you out.
