Symptoms do to fall into the category of hypoglycemia, that is low blood sugar. But your Sugars are within the normal range. Sometimes when our Sugars are very high and our body has been used to it we get symptoms of hypoglycemia when it comes down even though it in the normal range. Also do a check of the readings of your glucometer by doing a blood test of your blood Sugars in a lab and also at the same moment checking your Sugars with the glucometer.
