What is more accurate ? Calcium or corrected calcium (for albumin concentration) ? I have slightly low calcium but on correcting with albumin, it is normal What calcium is more accurate

My contention is that if your Serum Calcium is low but your corrected Serum Calcium is normal then your Serum Albumen is low .  So your Serum Albumen needs to be corrected. Either way, you need treatment.
