Hello.. I assume you have provided this 54.6 is value of TSH level... This suggest your thyroid gland is hypoactive that is not producing thyroid hormone in sufficient quantities.. Treatment for this condition is quite simple with daily supplements of thyroid hormone in the form of tablet..
