For hyperthyroidism you will have to consult an endocrinologist.
For the other components of PCOS part I will give u medication. But few more test r necessary. They r serum prolactin, HBA1C, fasting and PP sugars, Haemogram.,and details of USG report.
PCOS is polycystic ovarian syndrome in which there occurs imbalance in various endocrine hormone secretion whose level r important for ovulation and subsequent menses .
