Hyperthyroid
My tsh level is 0.60, I'm under weight. I have all the symptoms of hyperthyroidism, heart palpitations, weight loss,hair loss,increased sweating etc...stomach issues also,it means hyperthyroidism ? I have no swelling in neck.

A TSH of 0.60 is at the lower end of normal (typical range 0.4â4.0 mIU/L) but does not by itself confirm hyperthyroidism. To diagnose hyperthyroidism, you need Free T3 and Free T4 levels in addition â if TSH is low AND FT3/FT4 are elevated, that confirms it. Your symptoms (palpitations, weight loss, hair loss, sweating, stomach issues) are indeed consistent with hyperthyroidism, but these can also be caused by anxiety, anemia, or other conditions. Please get a complete thyroid function test (TSH + Free T3 + Free T4) and thyroid antibodies (Anti-TPO, Anti-TSH receptor) done urgently to get a clear picture.

Get a complete thyroid function test. That will help better to diagnose hyperthyroidism or not. Are you using any medication for thyroid? What is your Haemoglobin level?
