I have recently been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism with a TSH value of 0.05 uIU/ml, but i have been gaining weight almost on a weekly basis even after exercising 5 days a week and controlling my diet.

How did you decide it's hyperthyroidism with just TSH?
Where is T3 and T4?
