Mam,ask him to take hibiscus tea morning on empty stomach regularly.Aswagandha reduces stress but it won't help to reduce blood pressure.

Hello Ma'am,no need to worry, don't take Ashwagandha,Take Tab Cardimap Maharshi Ayurveda 2 tabs bid for 7 days then 1 bid for 21 days.
