I regularly face the acidity problem. This problem has been continous for about 17 years. I take Histac or ENO when it is extensive and I cannot bear. The point is what do I do to completely get rid of this problem.

Get an endoscopy done to grade the extent of problem. Than medicines and diet canges help..if there is no big ulcer which needs intervention.
