Hydroxyprogesterone Caproate injection

Hello, My wife had 4 RPL history all of 5-7 week. Now She is 14 week pregnant. She was on HCG 5000 injection (weekly 2 dose) from 4th to 14th week. Her doctor stops HCG injection & continue Duphaston. Another doctor ask her to start HPC DS 500 mg (Hydroxyprogesterone Caproate) Injection weekly & Duvadilan 10 Up to 20 week. Should she start HPC injection. Is too much progesterone harmful to fetus?
