Is there chances that hydronephrosis can occur due to 4mm small kidney stone? or hydronephrosis will occur due to having big kidney stone????

If (Hydronephrosis) may be there due to PUJ obstruction. Then its s developmental disease. They r There from birth. So a detail evaluation, history, Examination investigations are necessary
