Some studies said that alkaline water is Benificery to prevent acid reflux and prevention of some disease. But there no necessary to drink 9.5 ph of water, It's too alkaline. And don't start drinking alkaline watersuddenly , Add into normal water and gradually increase quantity

In evidence based medical practice there is no place for alkaline water .There are no good clinical studies to prove safety and efficacy of alkaline water.Human body operates in a very narrow range of PH, in a state of health. We cannot disturb that balance externally without causing significant harm.Regualar clean and safe water is best for health .
