Hi, I have a Hydrocoele from the last few years, from the latest scan , the report is as follows : Left sided large hydrocoele is noted measuring approx 250ml. No internal echoes/septations seen. Fluid contents are clear. Testis : Left testis is displaced inferiorly by the Hydrocoele. Both testes are normal in size and echotexture. No evidence of focal lesion Right testis measures 4.3 x 3.2 x 2.6 cms. Left testis measures 4.1 x 1.9 x 2.4 cms. Epididymis : Right Epididymis is normal in size and echotexture. Tiny cyst measuring 4 x 3mm in size is noted in head if left Epididymis. Impression : Left sided large hydrocele displacing the left testis inferiorly
