Since one month back one morning I wake up normally but after taking bath I found myself severe cold  for 2 hours and backache pain for one week. I took antibiotics  for 4 days.After a few days I noticed my right side hydrocele became a little larger and I am going toilet every hour atleast one time for urination. In first week also  noticed penis erectile dysfunctional . Frequent urination and swallowed hydrocele still exists. Kindly suggest some remedy or medication.
