Hv got cupping therapy for shoulder pain

Hi, I have done cupping therapy since 2days for shoulder pain n trapezuis pain..have got swellings n hurting..how long it will take to heal swellings/hurting of cupping? I feel i got more pain than before in swellings

Check the plan with practitioner who is treating you. If questions remain unanswered, consult a Physio who can help treating the same with movement and exercise  based treatment.

Its common to get pain after cupping if not placed the cups properly. If there are no Scratches and redness around the trapezius where the cups was places, apply hot pack. If there are any scratches still which have'nt healed yet then apply ice pack. After the redness and scratches heals visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take ulttasound therapy for a week.

It takes few days to heal until that you will get pain Apply ice pack at swilled area

Apply icing where swelling and redness is there,apply reducing swelling and redness take ultrasonic therapy for 7 days to reduce pain. If cups are not placed correctly pain will be there.it takes time to reduce pain in that case
