2022-05-13 00:28:48
I've been doing work from home since COVID lockdown. Due to which I've developed hunchback posture which pain in my spine while sleeping, sitting, standing. Whom should I get in touch with for treatment, is it orthopaedic doctor or physiotherapist? Also while doing side sleeping for more than hour, it improves my posture upto 95%. Let me know what should I do to get it treated?

Hi, You can fix it with few sessions of postural training exercises. I can help you with online consultation. You can contact me.
Next Steps
If you are working from home, see that your chair is 90 Degree perpendicular to the table.
Health Tips
Always sit with back support like chair . Avoid sitting on Sofa and bed without support, which further worsens the posture.

It's more to do with your sitting posture, so kindly consult physiotherapist. Physiotherapist can guide you with postural correction and muscle strengthening exercises, plus future prevention and maintenance exercises.
