HSG & TVS report- suggestions IUI/IVF
Please suggest whether I should go for IUI/IVF. I was suggested to go for IUI by one doc as she said there's spillage from both tubes. Another doc suggested for ATT then LAPROSCOPY for tube clipping and then IVF as there's hydrosalpinx in TVS. I am very much confused what should I do first- ATT then laparoscopic or first LAPROSCOPY and then ATT. Or should I try IUI cycle. Please answer I am very much stressed about this. My prolactin is 94, other parameters are normal. Husband semen sample is normal.

HSG doesn't normally diagnose Tuberculosis infection. Your HSG does have some evidence of hydrosalpinx but the tubes are patent.
Laparoscopic evaluation suggests bilateral hydrosalpinx.
You may start ATT. After three months of treatment you should try for natural conception. If you don't succeed then you may go for IVF.
