Its HSG...but for looking other associated abnormality if patient is not able to conceive with even patent tubes we advice Diagnotic lapro+hysteroscopy in same sitting following HSG or some abnormality suspected in HSG...Generally most of couples conceive after HSG with normal semen analysis.

A diagnostic Laparohysteroscopy is Gold standard.... But invasive test....requires anaesthesia and hospital stay... especially in today's Covid times....a HSG is like a screening test ....cheap non invasive and no need of admission or anaesthesia.

Hello, I would prefer diagnostic hysteroscopy followed by diagnostic laparoscopy, With HSG , patient is exposed to RADIATION.. In case of low budget HSG is preferred... HYSTEROSCOPY AND LAPAROSCOPY will give detailed anatomy..many more things can be done...
Next Steps
consult a gynaecologist nearby..I would prefer diagnostic hysteroscopy followed by Diagnostic laparoscopy
