Uterus and both fallopian tubes are well opacified. Uterine cavity is normal in size, shape and smooth in outline. *There are multiple filling defects seen in the cavity ? air bubbles*. Left fallopian tube is normal in course,caliber with smooth outline & free peritoneal spillage is seen. Right fallopian tube is normal in course, caliber with smooth outline & no peritoneal spillage Is it normal...? Air bubbles means?

your left tube may be blocked..hsg is amot 100% confirmation..u need to go for laproscopy to know the exact cause
