HPV, Typhoid - Vaccination related

Male 23 2 years ago i have visited a doctor and was given  3 vaccines after sexual exposure. Hep b, typhoid and HPV vaccine (all intramuscular). Is it safe ? I have read HPV vaccine is not given to men ( i was involved in one time risky sex). Also why was I given typhoid vaccine .
