Hello. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. Your total serum bilirubin is 2.0 mg/dl, which is slightly high but not troublesome. I want you to go for Ultrasound Whole abdomen and Liver function test,  wether your liver enzymes are elevated or not. Untill this you should have: 1. Tab. Udiliv ( 150 mg) ,  twice a day after breakfast and dinner x 15 Days. 2. Syrup. Sorbiline,  10 ml,   thrice a day with meals x 15 days. 3. Sachet.  hepamerz,  1 Sachet twice a day mixed with water x 15 Days. 4. Tab. Becosules - Z, 1 capsule once a day after breakfast x 15 Days.. After 15 days,  kindly repeat your liver function test. Also stop taking alcohol during the treatment. I'm 200 % sure, if you follow this regimen, your liver will come to a good shape & the total bilirubin would be normal.
