Hello, I am a 21 year old guy. I am suffering from mouth sores and nothing I have tried seems to work. The sores will heal for a day or two and comeback again. It’s very painful and frustrated with the constant mouth sores. I want to know how to treat mouth sores.

Hi The mouth sores are mainly due to excessive stress nd tension.Take lot of water intake . You can have some meditation too. Apply Mucopain gel twice daily . Take Vitamin B Complex once daily .

Please check if u have any sharp teeth which is creating tear in ur mouth. Stress is a major factor for ulcers. Use dologel ointment in the area of ulcer and take some vitamin B supplements for a week. Have lot of curd. It will subside in a week's time
