How to test for testicular issues

I am having dull ache in my left testicle and whenever i touches that testicle it also cause left side lower abdomen pain or a motion and the pain in the testicle comes and go and when i touches it starts paining and then settles down so is it a sign of concern it is happening from a long time plz suggest some tests or guide me

Many young man ve this type of complaint.. Nothing to worry.. Unlikely to be of significant.. But if problem persistent since a long time.. Better consult some urologist.. Any other complaints? Any sonogrraphy done in past?
