How to take out dried lenses?

If lenses get dry in the eyes should I use water to splash in eyes or some refresh tears kind of eye drop to easily remove it?

Hello I won't recommend splashing water lubricant like refresh tears is good option

You can use Refresh tears eye drops. Later remove the lenses. Keep the lenses, only for prescribed period only.

Don't splash water with contact lenses in the eyes. You can try to blink and keep the eyes moist, if still feels dry try to remove the contact lens for sometime.
