I Got addicted To masturbation and porn and even if don't want masturbate but I a doing that, bcoz I cannot control myself but It's my affecting me physically bcoz I am quite strong and good at sex but I know that's a bad habit and I do that for sleep bcoz I don't get sleep immidietly after dinner so I do that but I have stopped masturbation for a month now and watching porn but as it was a addiction it doesnt let me sleep or do work properly. Everytime if I want to study after 1am night All those porn sex scene coming in my mind and trying me to do that masturbation but I am not doing. And it became a mess for me. Neither I am doing that nor I want to do but I am middle way betn them so plz tell me how can I get over that plz.I am totally sexual active and quietly more active that others and I have no sexual problem

Masturbastion is not a disease, it is very common and natural. It will not make you weak. But if is is causing anxiety or effecting you work or causing conflict, you need to consult a psychiatrist or a physician.
