Unfortunately we still dont have any toothpaste that can do that yet You need to get a scaling and polishing done. Can be done in one to 4 sittings depending on how much stains you have. Do visit a dentist

There is no home remedy or a toothpaste that can provide the result that you are looking for. You need to visit a dentist for a session of teeth cleaning by a procedure called as scaling as soon as possible for the desired results. But it is my ethical responsibility to highlight that the bigger issue over here is your tobacco habit and stains on the teeth is the least bothersome effect of this habit. You seem educated enough to understand the harmful effects of tobacco and you should quit this habit as soon as possible before those Irreversible damages begin to appear. Regards.

You have to get it removed from a dentist. They don’t go by brushing it by any other home remedy
