Avoid hot and cold food and beverage. Take soft diet. Warm water gargle three times a day. Maintain oral hygiene. Whenever it possible visit nearest dental clinic for radiographical examination of this tooth and further dental treatment. Rx. Tab augmentin 625 mg twice a day after meals for 4 day. Tab metrogyl 400mg Three time a day after meals for 4 day. Tab zerodol sp twice a day after meals for 4 day. Cap pantop d once a day before meals for 4 day. If there is any problem occur with following prescribe medicine than stop it and consult with physician.
