How can I postpone my periods naturally without consuming any tablets. I need a simple home remedy that does not have any side effects. Please help

Take Tablet Meprate 10 mg twice a day from 5 days before the day of your expected periods and continue for as long as you don’t want to get your periods. You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7-10 days.
