My Son is 25 year old and he speaks very rough. He just hurt my husband very badly by his harsh words, due to which my husband is not talking to any one of us. My son realised his mistake and now is feeling guilty and its effecting him. How can my son over come his guilt feelings?

If he realised his mistake then it is a very good thing.. say him to go and hug his father  accept his mistake near him and apologies and also make promise to him for not happening such things again. His father for sure forgive him.. Maafi mang lene se dil ka bojh halka ho jata hai..

It's something really good that your son realised his mistakes and ready to change. The response of your husband is also normal as he must have shocked by your son's behaviour and he never expected it. You may take your son for a counseling in which he will get guidance for handling his emotions. You can consult me online if required.

Good he has realised his mistake.. Yet, that alone resolve the issue. Perhaps, if he can apologize to his father and start having normal conversations might improve their relationships and that could bring in some changes in the environment of your house itself.. For a more personal clarity, it is better, if he could seek a professional support personally.

Consult a psychologist.
